Volunteer Opportunities
- Receptionist: Perform general office work, greet clients, make appointments and receive phone calls.
- Peer-Counselor: Work one-on-one with clients. Duties include assisting with pregnancy test clients, educating clients on options, making referrals, peer-counseling, etc.
- Data Entry: Enter client and administrative data into computer programs.
- Phone Line: Answer client phone line when the center is closed. Make appointments and answer general client service questions.
- Material Resource: Sort and wash donated clothing. Clean, organize and assess furniture and other large items to determine if they are operating correctly and safely.
- Mailings: Assist with the preparation of quarterly newsletter and/or other mailings.
- Ambassador: Represent PCC to your church by making announcements and keeping your church informed of PCC events, needs, services or opportunities to serve.
- Prayer Intercessor: Prayer partners for our ministry.
- Special Events: Assist on the day of events like annual fundraising banquet, Walk for Life and Golf for Life with set-up and various other duties.
- Medical Services: Doctors, nurses and sonographers are needed to perform ultrasounds and STD testing.
- Center Cleaning: Clean the center once a month.
- Handyman: Perform various jobs as needed.
- Board Member: The PCC is run by a board of directors who make decisions about the ministry.
- Men’s Ministry: Provide support to the men who come into our center.
- Abortion Recovery: Facilitate abortion recovery group or one on one Bible study.
Speakers Bureau
- Choose to Wait: Present abstinence education program in private and public schools.
- Transformed: Present Biblical purity program in churches to junior and senior high aged students and their parents.
- Ministry Presenters: Represent the PCC to churches and civic organizations.
- Abortion Recovery: Present your personal testimony to churches, small groups, etc.
