1986 Abba Crisis Pregnancy Center founded in Columbus
1993 Choose to Wait speaker’s bureau begins
1994 Columbus center name changed to Pregnancy Care Center of Columbus
1996 First PACE (Post Abortion Counseling and Education) Bible Study held
2001 Organization name changes to Pregnancy Care Center
2002 PCC births center in Jackson CountyColumbus location moves locations due to client load and to house medical services
2003 Ultrasound added in Bartholomew County
2004 PCC births center in Jennings County
Brown County center adopted

Affiliation

The Pregnancy Care Centers of South Central Indiana is an affiliate of Care Net, a national life-affirming organization dedicated to equipping pregnancy care centers to offer high quality service and biblically based care. We are also an affiliate of the National Institute of Family and Life Advocates (NIFLA). NIFLA provides life-affirming pregnancy centers with legal counsel and support, and training and education to provide medical services. For more information, go to www.nifla.org

The Pregnancy Care Centers of South Central Indiana are a proud member of the Indiana Association of Pregnancy Centers (IAPC). The IAPC is a non-profit public benefit corporation that exists to provide a network of support for pregnancy centers within Indiana. The IAPC is the sponsoring organization for the Indiana Choose Life license plate. Revenue generated from sales of that plate is earmarked for the use of IAPC member pregnancy centers.
